Impact Handling acquired Macbrown Fork Truck Services Ltd in December 2017. With the addition of Macbrown, Impact now operates thirteen branch locations across the UK and Ireland, alongside its seven dedicated dealer sites, supported by a workforce of over 200 mobile technicians who maintain more than 10,000 customer machines.
Macbrown will have the full support of Impact’s nationwide capability and will now have access to their full premium brand portfolio, led by the acclaimed Cat® Lift Trucks range of material handling and warehouse equipment.
The site based in Ossett near Wakefield, will continue as an Impact branch location with Macbrown’s existing long-serving and highly experienced team remaining with the business to provide full sales, maintenance, repair, training and short term rental services.
